Letting go of expectations and attachments,
I’m accepting this lone journey as mine.
I’ve made up my mind,
I’m leaving it all to you.
I’m leaving it all behind, retreating on the road
That once led me to you.
Behind me, I leave all the regrets and desires, my wishes, and you,
You had made up your mind, and now, me, too,
And I’m giving up trying to bring the change in you.
I’m letting it all be, not opposing nor enforcing,
And the doors of my home will be,
Forever welcoming,
And birds on your way will be merry,
Whispering,
If you ever decide to walk the road that leads to me,
