  • Nike App Integration: Daily streak tracker for workouts, runs, or activity
  • Social Layer: “Day 17. Still didn’t quit.”
  • Push Notifications: “You’re one day away from breaking your streak. Don’t.”

A culture-first campaign that redefines outfit repetition as creativity, turning everyday styling into social expression.

Project Overview

Fast fashion is often about “newness.”

This campaign flips the narrative, making repeating outfits aspirational, creative, and socially shareable.

Objective

Increase engagement and brand affinity by positioning H&M as a brand that celebrates creativity over consumption.

Insight

People don’t mind repeating clothes; they mind being noticed for repeating them.

Big Idea

Turn outfit repetition into a creative challenge instead of a social fear.

Execution

  • Social Challenge: “Style the same outfit 5 different ways”
  • Creator Collaborations: Consumers repeat outfits, but brands rarely celebrate it. Show how one outfit can be styled across multiple contexts:
    • Work
    • Date
    • Travel
    • Casual
  • In-App / Website Integration: ‘Style it Again’ suggestions directly on product pages to increase repeat usage and basket size.
  • UGC Movement: Kickstart a UGC movement: ‘Same Fit. Different Vibe.’ encouraging users to reinterpret the same outfit across occasions.

Position food delivery as an emotional companion, not just a transactional service.

Trigger notifications based on ordering patterns, such as late-night, weekends, and post-work hours, to personalise mood-based messaging.
